- Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event plans.
- Teach track-specific skills and techniques to students.
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits.
- Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
- Education: Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
