Volleyball ~ Girls Varsity Head Coach

Minimum Stipend Offered: $4,257

Purpose Statement:
Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience. As the Head Girls Volleyball Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students specific volleyball skills while promoting positive character development and building strong relationships with athletes both on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute team practices and drills.
• Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development and technique.
• Develop and implement team strategy, game preparation, and match execution.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
• Oversee and mentor assistant coaches to support program success.

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching and teaching volleyball.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching.
