Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable, office cleaner with a friendly demeanor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities located in New Iberia and Broussard in the evening (5pm - 9pm), ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be available to begin work at 5pm.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning duties as required, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing to uphold appearance standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are functional and safe.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Cleaning, or custodial experience is preferred.
