We have an opportunity for a full time Dishwasher to assist the kitchen with both the restaurant and banquets. The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery. The dishwasher will prioritize loads of different types of kitchenware using the commercial dishwasher when possible and hand washing larger items.
Additional duties may include:
Maintains trash cans throughout the shift and removes garbage to dumpster area
Washes work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
Maintains the dish machine
Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift
Changes water of machines and sinks as needed, properly uses chemical dilutions
