WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED :
Candidate will have ACLS / BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :
- Practice Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.
- Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana
- Average outpatient volume : 17 - 22 patients per day
- Telehealth offered
- On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 6 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed
