WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Works with management to establish goals, including professional development, project, and support goals.
Provides on-call and after-hours support following the Franciscan Alliance support model while troubleshooting and repairing reported application problems.
Follows organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.
Documents and builds workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Works with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
Facilitates business user discussions to identify the requirements for Franciscan Alliance applications functionality and workflow.
Acts as a Franciscan Alliance applications expert to assist with the creation of training programs.
Designs, configures, and supports Franciscan Alliance applications based on standards and guidelines.
Manages projects that do not require Project Management Office (PMO) oversight.
Represent the knowledge area as a subject matter expert and identify downstream impacts as familiarity with the company systems and business processes increase.
Performs/Oversees testing for FA applications and workflow and reports results to stakeholders.
Research, analyze, and present information to stakeholders and provides input regarding potential system enhancement needs.
Acts as the first point of escalation within the team by acting as a coach and mentor.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
6 years Relevant Work Experience - Required
7 years relevant work experience - Preferred
