WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Work collaboratively with the Compensation Community of Expertise to set rates according to experience, market or other applicable compensation procedure.
Review positions for internal equity and recommends appropriate changes at the request of the Compensation Analyst
Assist staff reach well-informed decisions regarding pay issues (pay grades, pay
ranges, incentive strategies, ad hoc market reviews, assessment and maintenance of appropriate pay equity, etc.)
Work with staff on editing/creating new role summaries
Ensure accurate/timely documentation and processing of HR Compensation changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Required, or
3 years In lieu of a degree, experience in compensation or related with a human resource department - Required
1 year Human Resources compensation or related experience - Preferred
