WHAT YOU WILL DO
Obtain, coordinate, and facilitate on behalf of Franciscan Physician Network practices payor enrollment form to include all required information and signatures to submit to the Ambulatory Billing Office (ABO) for payor enrollment completion.
Coordinate credentialing for providers in shared divisions for Franciscan Physician Network, Ambulatory Business Office, Working Well, and Express Care.
Compile, maintain, and enter as assigned, provider information in online credentialing database/payor enrollment system and ensure practice addresses are current with the ambulatory business office.
Assist daily with resolution in delays with payor enrollments or change in the status of current providers affecting direct patient care.
Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers and ensure timely renewals in coordination with central verification office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required High School Diploma/GED
2 years Medical Staff Services and/or Healthcare Knowledge Required
4 years Medical Staff Services and Healthcare Knowledge Preferred
Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) - National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) Preferred
A Certified Professional (A CERT) - CompTia Preferred
