What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Services Liaison position at Franciscan Health?

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Assists in the development and implementation of education projects and programs.
Computerizes associated training records in the Learning Management System and maintains all training.
Provides secretarial support including greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining/updating records/files and inventory of office supplies.
Schedules meetings, coordinates conference room logistics.
Uses organizational systems to complete deposits, manage and record charges and refunds, and other reports as needed.
Uses the registration data
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED Required
2 Years Secretarial/Office Administrative Experience Required
Training with Learning Management Systems Preferred within 180 Days
