WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Unload delivery trucks, check for damaged boxes, sign for parcels, deliver stock supplies to Central Supply and non-stock supplies to departments throughout the facility and off-site locations, prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier.
- Match packing slips with supplies received in order to ensure that correct quantities were received.
- Receive daily stock orders, restocks shelves, rotates supplies, and monitor expiration dates.
- Count and restock PAR locations daily to maintain established PAR levels.
- Fill and deliver departmental daily requisitions.
- Answer all incoming calls and assists end users as needed.
- Maintain clean supply areas.
- Perform weekly cycle counts of Central Supply items.
- Prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier in order to expedite hospital supplies in a timely manner.
