WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Count and restock PAR locations daily to maintain established PAR levels
- Unload delivery trucks, check for damaged boxes, sign for parcels, deliver stock supplies to Central Supply and non-stock supplies to departments throughout the facility and off-site locations, prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier
- Fill and deliver departmental daily requisitions
- Receive daily stock orders, restock shelves, rotate supplies, and monitor expiration dates
- Match packing slips with supplies received to ensure that correct quantities were received
- Answer all incoming calls and assist end users as needed
- Maintain clean supply areas
- Perform weekly cycle counts of Central Supply items
- Prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier to expedite hospital supplies in a timely manner
