• The Office Supervisor provides support to the front office, clinical coworkers, and management. This position manages the daily tasks in the office, which may clinical or non-clinical operations, coworkers schedules and provides input to management regarding staff performance. This position also works to troubleshoot and resolve various clinical or non-clinical issues.
• Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, schedule appointments or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.
• Work within an electronic medical records system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree Preferred
• High School diploma required
• 1 year Customer Service - Required
• 1 year Healthcare/Ambulatory Setting - Preferred
• Clinical background preferred but not required
