WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Varied shift and locations: position does float to regional offices in (Michigan City, LaPorte, Chesterton and Valparaiso)
Monday through Friday as early as 7am to as late as 6pm. Must be flexible with schedule.

Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, schedule appointments or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.
Work within an electronic medical records system
Collect patient payments; applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts
Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers
Additional daily administrative tasks based on practice specialty
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED - Required
1 year Customer Service - Required
1 year Healthcare - Preferred
