Your Expectations
- Shift Hours: 7:45am to 6:15pm
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Saturday, with rotating weekend shifts
- You will be handling workers' comp visits, occupational health, drug screens, immigration, disability, physicals, and TB testing.

- You will be answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, or directing callers to the appropriate staff for assistance.
- You will work within an electronic medical records system.
- You will collect patient payments, apply them, and make adjustments to patient accounts.
- You will balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
- You may also perform additional daily administrative tasks based on the practice specialty.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required.
- One year of customer service experience is required.
- Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not necessary.
