What You Can Expect
- Validate and assure integrity and accuracy of all data.
- Analyze small and large data sets, which may include using statistical techniques within Microsoft Excel and other statistical software.
- Evaluate and interpret results and provides a written summary of the data analysis. Translate technical data and presents the final analysis in terms understandable to the appropriate audience.
- Prepare presentations utilizing presentation software including presenting data and text in charts, graphs, and tables.
- Perform data or information collection from various sources, which may include chart audits, internally and externally derived reports, regulatory entities, or other external sources or agencies as assigned.
- May provide administrative support for Quality Management committees including, but not limited to: scheduling meetings, notifying members of meetings and assignments, preparing reports and presentations, preparing and distributing meeting materials, recording meeting minutes and maintaining committee files.
- May provide support with accreditation/certification requirements
- Conduct advanced data mining in a timely and accurate manner as required by the program/project.
- Utilize computer systems and available data sets to obtain relevant data on specific issues.
- Collect and report OPPE, FPPE, and assists with peer review, as required.
- Associate's Degree - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 3 years Healthcare/Health Insurance/Health Information Management/Risk or related field - Required
- 4 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products - Preferred
