We are seeking a skilled Surgical Operations Specialist to join our team at Franciscan Health.

As a Surgical Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing sterile drapes and solutions, passing instruments to surgeons and surgical assistants, and helping count sponges, needles, and other supplies used during surgery.
You will also be responsible for operating suction, diagnostic, and sterilizing equipment, as well as packing specimens for laboratory analysis.
This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of surgery experience preferred
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association within 90 days required
