Franciscan Medical Group, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is seeking an energetic and mission-driven leader for a full-time Clinic Manager II position overseeing our Urgent Care clinics in Bonney Lake and Puyallup, WA. About the Opportunity:
Job Summary:
Essential Job Duties:
- Operational Accountability: Manage daily operations, resources, and ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies. Oversee supply management, quality control, and address operational issues.
- Patient Experience: Oversee the resolution of patient complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive and proactive service recovery environment.
- Staff Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and manage clinic staff, conducting performance appraisals and fostering a positive team dynamic.
- Resource Management/Budget Administration: Develop and manage the clinic budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost control.
- Performance/Quality Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, enhancing both patient care and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of leadership experience; OR five years of leadership experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge and abilities; OR a Master's degree and no experience.
Pay Range
$44.73 - $64.85 /hour
Salary : $45 - $65
