Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of Assisted Living services and programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as the organization's policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical expertise to staff.
- Assist in preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of operating budgets.
- Allocate resources to carry out programs and activities under your areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or LPN license in Illinois.
- At least 3 years of nursing management experience.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and Point Click Care.
