Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting.
- You must demonstrate exceptional compassion and empathy when interacting with residents and adhere to all policies, procedures, and updates to ensure compliance and quality care.
