The Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Franciscan Ministries is responsible for overseeing the direct care of residents and supervising certified nursing assistants. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers of residents
- Assess changes in resident status and notify physician and family
- Transcribe physician orders and administer medications
- Perform wound treatments and schedule follow-up appointments
- Provide nursing leadership and direct care skills as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
