We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team as a Direct Care Leader. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as established facility policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing team.
- Assess residents' health status and develop care plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state, 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
