Responsibilities:
- • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Services department
- Monitor and report on resident incidents and concerns daily to identify any unusual occurrences
- Communicate directly with residents, medical and nursing staff, family members, department heads, and members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services
- Oversee the delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision, ensuring adequate staff coverage on the units and maintaining optimal resident functions
