Overview
Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the assistance in the complete, timely, and accurate completion of resident billing and census, payroll, time and attendance, and accounts payable reporting and administration as assigned. This position supports the community management team to meet resident, associate, and management needs.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
- Assist in recording census changes and communicating them in a timely manner to all appropriate parties.
- Assist in entering cash receipts for payor assigned into the billing system and general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter ancillary and other billing transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in coordinating accounts payable invoices and related cash disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Address and resolve customer service needs related to resident invoices and resident trust transactions.
- Distribute information as assigned, including payroll and general ledger reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; college degree in finance/account preferred
Licenses/Certifications: N/A
Experience: 1 years of administrative/billing experience
