We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assess patient needs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe physician orders to medical records and carry out orders as written.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physicians' orders and observe for adverse effects.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for residents and transportation needs.

Requirements:

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
• 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
