About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing resident status, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote holistic care.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates.
- Transcribe physician orders and carry out orders as written.
- Prepare and administer medications as per physicians' orders.
- Participate in the admission, discharge, and transfers of residents.
Essential Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- A current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
