Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate residents with skin integrity issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer wound care treatments, including dressings and medications.
- Monitor and document resident progress and changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a clinical/nursing area of study.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- 1 years of experience in a clinical/nursing setting within the geriatric industry.
