Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, organization, development, and direction of the nursing department in accordance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations. ">
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Services department. ">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, consultants, and community agencies to identify and resolve issues and improve the quality of services. ">
- Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and implement discipline according to operational policies. ">
- Participate in QAPI or facility assessment activities as needed. ">
- Ensure delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision. ">
Requirements

- Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's). ">
- At least 3 years of nursing management experience. ">
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures. ">
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently. ">
- Proficiency in electronic health records. ">
