We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Control and Education Coordinator to join our team at Franciscan Ministries. As a key member of our healthcare team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing health and infection control programs that meet state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement educational initiatives for staff
- Develop and maintain mentorship programs
- Monitor associate participation/compliance with educational requirements
- Implement an ongoing infection prevention/control program
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active Registered Nurse (RN) license, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently.
