Job Summary
This nursing role involves providing direct care to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow the nursing model to promote resident well-being and implement established policies and procedures.
- Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers as required, and assess changes in resident status.
- Transcribe physician orders and administer medications as prescribed, monitoring for adverse effects.
- Provide leadership to nursing personnel, conduct rounds, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state.
- 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$35.00-$38.00 per hour.
