Mount Alverna Village is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio.
We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options.
Our on-site rehabilitation clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
We are currently looking for nurses to provide direct nursing care for residents.
Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care and general consultation regarding health-related concerns.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Keep physician and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions.
- Respond quickly to emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Active LPN or RN license that permits practice in the state
Experience: 1 year of Nursing experience
