Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Supervisor of Nursing Services, RN, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the direct nursing staff, managing staffing levels and schedules, and ensuring the completion of all nursing assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee direct nursing staff.
- Monitor staffing levels and schedules.
- Function as a Staff Nurse when needed.
- Monitor completion and accuracy of resident records.
- Ensure completion of all nursing staff assignments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous Nursing Supervisor experience.
- 3 years of experience working in Long Term Care Settings.
- Valid RN license.
