Full Time - Supervisor of Nursing Services RN - Nights
Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor nursing staff while ensuring high standards of care.
- Assess staffing needs and manage scheduling efficiently.
- Step in to perform nursing duties as required.
- Review and maintain accuracy of resident health records.
- Ensure timely completion of nursing assignments.
- Compile and submit reports on nursing operations.
