Full Time - Supervisor of Nursing Services RN - Nights
Franciscan Village - Lemont, IL
Night Shift - 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Monitor staffing levels and manage schedule effectively.
- Act as a Staff Nurse when necessary, providing hands-on nursing care.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of resident records.
- Oversee the fulfillment of all nursing staff assignments.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as required.
