2nd Shift: 3pm-11:15pm or 3rd Shift 11pm-7:15am
Memory Support Assisted Living- Parma, OH
Base Rates start at $16/hr and increase based upon years of experience.
$$Shift Differential Premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift as well as weekend differentials!$$

As a RCA you will
- Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
- Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
- Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family
We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team! To qualify you need a:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of caregiving experience required
- Experience Working in a Memory Support Environment preferred.
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
