St. Francis Health and Wellness, Little Falls, MN is currently seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join the Health and Wellness Center team! This person is responsible for welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships and training services and maintaining a clean and organized gym. This role requires the ability to collaborate and communicate, and the ability to influence others in a positive way.
Part-time (about 20 hours per week) Member Services Representative – varying evening hours throughout the week until 9:15 p.m., every Friday from noon – 7:15 p.m., and every other weekend.
Benefits include: health, dental, vision insurances; vacation, sick and holiday pay, employer contributions into 403(b). Free single membership to Health & Wellness facility. All benefits start the first of the month following start date.
Applicants must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficient computer skills. Have or obtain within agreed period CPR/AED. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and frequently walk throughout the department (including stairs) during the shift.
A ministry of the Franciscan Sisters, the St. Francis Health and Wellness Center is a complete fitness center featuring a pool, hot tub, exercise & weight equipment, racquetball and pickle ball courts, full size gymnasium, swim lessons, massage, yoga, fitness classes and personal training.
