Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents (all sisters). The Nurse will be responsible for performing assessments, administering medications, while ensuring the comfort and well-being of the sisters.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures for laboratory testing as needed.
- Provide compassionate care to the Sisters in hospice settings, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Qualifications
- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in long-term care or hospice care is preferred.
- Strong skills in patient assessment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
