    • Your Role as an LPN :

    As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference. Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge.
  • Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents mental and physical health.
  • Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff.

    • Qualifications We re Looking For :

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification (required).
  • Experience in long-term care (preferred).
