Your Role as an LPN:
- Provide safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Utilize the nursing process to restore and maintain residents' mental and physical health
- Serve as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
- CPR certification (required)
- Experience in long-term care (preferred)
