Starting wage range : $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities :
The Nurse Liaison is an LPN or RN who advocates and promotes the facility s services to hospitals, case workers, discharge planners, physician offices, and other clinical providers. The Nurse Liaison follows up on hospital referrals, evaluates residents for proper placement, explains the facility s services, and maintains and develops referral sources.
