Franciscan Villa is a leading provider of senior healthcare services, and we're seeking a talented Nurse Liaison to join our team. As an RN with a passion for senior healthcare, you'll play a critical role in promoting our services to hospitals, case workers, discharge planners, physician offices, and other clinical providers.
With two years of experience in assisted living, senior housing, or senior healthcare, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. You'll be responsible for evaluating residents for proper placement, explaining our facility's services, and maintaining and developing referral sources.
