Responsibilities
- Advocate and promote Franciscan Villa's services to various stakeholders.
- Follow up on hospital referrals and assess residents for appropriate placement.
- Foster relationships with referral sources to maintain a steady flow of new admissions.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure in Wisconsin.
- At least two years of experience in assisted living, senior housing, or senior healthcare.
