What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Healthcare Liaison position at Franciscan Villa?
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Nurse Liaison to join our team at Franciscan Villa. As an RN with a strong understanding of senior healthcare, you'll be responsible for advocating for our residents' needs and promoting our services to hospitals, case workers, discharge planners, physician offices, and other clinical providers.
With two years of experience in assisted living, senior housing, or senior healthcare, you'll possess the expertise to evaluate residents for proper placement, explain our facility's services, and maintain and develop referral sources.
