Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
- Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge.
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents' mental and physical health.
- Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff.
