Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for clinical employees.
- Provide ongoing education, training, and mentorship to new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain engagement and satisfaction through regular rounding with long-term employees.
- Manage employee health records, organize educational programs, and coordinate orientations for campus and nursing departments.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
