WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: You will be sent an email from our Workday system with a link for you to accept your position with FPN online. After you accept the position online, you will get a pop-up flag immediately asking you to enter your Social Security number and date of birth as part of our pre-employment verification process. Please complete those steps as soon as possible. After we confirm that you’ve accepted the position online, you’ll be sent an email from HireRight, the company that performs our background checks. Through a link in that email, you will provide the requested background information, like references and past work history. Please watch for that email. After these steps are complete, one of our amazing New Coworker Engagement Specialist will contact you to review the rest of your FPN onboarding journey. Your New Coworker Engagement Specialist will also provide you with information to complete your self-service onboarding tasks, such as completion of your I-9, direct deposit, and tax forms, which will enable us to process your payroll.
