Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation
Location : Los Angeles or Orange County
Salary : $160,000 - $220,000

We specialize in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury defense. Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals
- Handle complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Attend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations
