Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction-related legal matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay damages. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide strategic counsel to clients in the construction industry.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of construction litigation, from pre-trial through appeals.
- Represent clients in complex construction disputes, including breach of contract, construction defects, and project delays.
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
