Role Summary
\We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Franco Manufacturing Co., Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Creating and distributing comprehensive sales reports using internal and external databases. \
- Analyzing forecasts of each product area against information and trends indicated by POS data and challenging any variations or discrepancies. \
- Partnering with Sales and Planning teams to facilitate the completion, review, and analysis of commitment and new items. \
- Evaluating sales levels and making proactive recommendations to maximize shipments from available inventory. \
- Preparing ad hoc analysis of sales/shipments by customer, item, and/or brand. \
- Updating order history reports and analyzing any gaps or overstock items to report to planning or customer teams. \
- Maintaining report templates and optimizing them for future updates.
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
- \
- 3 years' experience in a sales analysis, inventory, or planning role. \
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, index match, sumifs & pivot tables. \
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling large datasets. \
- The ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable way to both upper management and external partners. \
- Prior Amazon, E-Commerce, or Mass Market Retail analysis experience is strongly preferred. \
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). \
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. \
- Work on-site (in the office) 4 days per week.
