Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide oversight and monitoring of risk-based regulatory programs, including but not limited to the following areas : consumer compliance, fair lending, CRA, BSA / AML
- Develop BSA / AML risk assessments, procedures, and training for emerging regulatory areas
- Assist with implementing new regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and assist in the identification of risk areas
- Collaborate with lines of business in the first line of defense regarding compliance risks and controls
- Provide regulatory risk expertise and support to the Director of Regulatory Affairs
- Assist with preparation for regulatory examinations
- Be knowledgeable of bank policies and procedures
- Willingly accept and perform other accountabilities and projects assigned

Salary range for this role is $57,180 to $84,500 annually depending on experience.
