Position Summary
This position works in a team environment to provide operational and customer support for all digital banking and treasury management products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to retail and business online banking, mobile banking, online bill pay, ACH, online wire origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and lockbox.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provides superior support to customers and bankers by demonstrating deep product knowledge of all online banking, mobile banking, and treasury management products and services; including online bill pay, ACH, online wire origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and lockbox.
- Ensures successful onboarding of treasury management products and services.
- Responsible for fielding, troubleshooting, and supporting customer and banker questions related to treasury management products and services.
- Process maintenance requests for treasury management products and services.
- Assist in research and completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Engage in deep and meaningful conversations with treasury management customers to grow quality banking relationships.
- Provide proper escalation of system issues impacting online and treasury management products.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively across all business lines.
- Test new digital products and services to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
- Aid with new bank acquisition assimilation.
- Serve as resource in various projects or tasks as assigned.
- Advocate and practice the Frandsen Way corporate culture.
Experience, Skills, and Education
Education
A high school diploma is required, and a minimum of Three to Five years related experience in electronic banking, treasury management support or bank operations. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) accreditation preferred or willingness to obtain.
Skills
Demonstrated operational knowledge of treasury management products. Knowledge of Fiserv Premier banking system desired.
Salary range for this role is $57,180 to $71,459 annually, depending on experience.
